11. Account & Login
Fonyo makes every effort to make the system secure. Your account is enabled after verifying your email address. It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials secure and hard to guess. Any breach and subsequent use of your paid voicetime is your sole responsibility and Fonyo will NOT accept any liability of whatsoever nature.
12. Numbers
Local, regional, geo and non geo numbers are provided in accordance with the regulatory guidance. We will need to verify your IDs.
13. Porting
There is a porting fee of £20 per number for porting to us. We may waive off our inwards porting fee as a welcoming gesture. There is a porting out fee £10 per number.
14. Financials
Your account operates with a prepaid credit. You must first top-up your account using PayPal credit card or bank transfer. PayPal and credit card funds accrue a charge of £5 per transaction. Bank transfers will give you a rebate of 0.5%. For credit card and PayPal payments, we will need to see proof of ownership, address and use other measures to validate the authenticity.
15. Additional Agreements
You will be required to sign paper agreements if you signup for a reseller or a wholesaler account.
